If sports are on the schedule for your children we offer protective prescription eyewear for children and teens. Stop in the office to discuss options available.

Call our office to set up a convenient time for your appointment. We are happy to answer questions regarding insurance as well. Just call the office at (434) 591-0262 to speak with our staff.

Welcome Spring ! We gladly accept eyeglasses you can no longer use for donation.

It is that time of year when we are ready to clear out our closets and drawers for “spring cleaning”. Drs. Weiss’ office will happily accept your eye wear you no longer need that is in gently used condition. It is a great way to recycle and most importantly help someone else. The Rivanna Lion’s Club will upcycle the glasses for those in need. While you are at the office take a look at our new frame inventory that is always updating as well. We have a great selection from a variety of frame manufacturers to suit each unique personality and style. We are happy to assist you while browsing or making that selection. If you need an eye exam both optometrists are accepting new patients. Dr. Douglas Weiss and Dr. Victoria M. Weiss have appointments available usually within a week of your call to schedule the appointment.
